Reports to: Associate Director of Exhibit Development
The Senior Exhibit Developer defines and advocates for the story and visitor experience, determining the project’s interpretive strategies and ensuring content is clear, concise, and compelling. As a core project team member, the Senior Exhibit Developer contributes their creative voice, narrative and content expertise, and knowledge of effective visitor experience design to identify client goals and drive exhibit development in collaboration with the creative team. The Senior Exhibit Developer must have demonstrated experience on large exhibition projects translating complex topics simply and effectively into experiences that are engaging, attractive, functional, and balance multiple needs (visitor, institution, etc). The Senior Exhibit Developer must embrace multi-disciplinary collaboration, be an excellent verbal and written communicator, and capable of working on a variety of activities in parallel both collaboratively and independently.

The Senior Graphic Designer (SGD) has a passion for helping our clients enhance their visual storytelling through communication and environmental graphic design. Our Senior Graphic Designer has stellar conceptual and hands-on design experience and a portfolio of work that is compelling and highly creative. The SGD will focus on translating a client’s vision, identity, and story, into a built expression and visitor experience through environmental graphic design. With exceptional organizational skills and design sensibilities they will lead the design and production of complex projects through tight deadlines.
The Senior Graphic Designer (SGD) works collaboratively with the project teams to bring our client’s stories to life using communication design strategies. This is a client facing role intended to develop, manage, and support the environmental and communication design portion of our project work.
This role will lead and be responsible for all graphic design aspects and art direction of their individual assigned projects. The SGD will serve as a collaborator of the creative vision for their assigned projects. They will be responsible for setting and communicating work plans and workflows that are responsive to project schedules and budgets. They are the representative of all graphic design work on assigned projects.

Reports to: Director of Project Management and Operations
The Project Coordinator (“PC”) has exceptional organization skills and will assist our Project Management and Project Direction teams by offering general administrative support while learning to manage the initiation, development, and execution of exhibition projects. The ideal candidate has a general knowledge of exhibit design and understands the key components that make a successful project.
The Project Coordinator will assist in managing the internal workflow for projects from content development to design through installation. The PC must be able to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment. In this support role, the PC will develop a deep understanding of projects they are a part of including: project timeline, process, budgeting, planning, and task management, as well as an awareness of stakeholders and partners involved in assigned projects.
The PC is specifically responsible for project-related communication, coordination, and planning systems as directed by the Project Manager or Project Director. They will provide the ultimate support to project teams by having a strong grasp of or quickly learning all softwares used for project planning, coordination, communication, and organization (Monday.com, Smartsheets, Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, Outlook calendars, email).

Luci Creative’s Senior Exhibit Designer (SED) is an experienced design leader who is responsible for conceptualizing and leading the creation and integration of physical, experiential, and space planning aspects of Luci’s projects. Luci’s SED is passionate about creative work and is able to inspire creative teams and clients.
The Senior Exhibit Designer will drive the planning and execution of 3D physical space design and dimensionality for assigned projects. They always work closely with their project team, inclusive of graphics, interpretive planning, and project management specialists to ensure full and effective integration of all physical design elements, content delivery, interactives and media elements to deliver compelling and original experiences.
