Zero Net Energy Display Home
Empowering people to easily create homes of the future

Who doesn’t want to lower their energy bills and feel good about it? The beautiful Zero Net Energy Display Home shows the northern California community, service providers, school groups, and government representatives a multitude of ways to easily accomplish energy savings. From simple hands-on comparison of different lighting technologies to an amazing augmented reality tour, the ZNE Display House is full of visitor-activated demonstrations and content. As visitors walk through the house, they can use an iPad to locate various energy saving features and information which they can then automatically email to themselves for future reference. The house also has multiple modes allowing it to function as a facilitation tool for a classroom or even a specific demonstration for a targeted audience.

We created an updatable experience that fosters awareness and engagement for both contractors and home owners with currently available ZNE tools and technologies in an immersive experiential environment.
